DragoXStream Player Works with DiskWala and TeraBox

Privacy & Safety

What this service does with a link you paste, what data is processed, what is kept, and how we protect user privacy and safety across our web player and related tools.

Privacy Policy

At DragoXStream Player (accessible at https://dragoplayer.in), protecting your privacy is one of our top priorities. This policy explains what types of data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

We provide a web-based file streaming and downloading utility and an API file-processing service for supported cloud storage links (DiskWala and TeraBox). This Privacy Policy covers website visitors, player users, and API subscription customers.

If you have questions or require additional information regarding our Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacy@dragoplayer.in or support@dragoplayer.in.

Consent

By using our website and player services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information We Collect

The personal information you are asked to provide and the reasons for requesting it are strictly limited:

  • Direct Communications: If you contact us directly for support or inquiries, we may receive your name, email address, message contents, and any attachments you choose to send.
  • API Subscription Customers: When customers subscribe to API processing plans, we collect contact information (name, email, phone number), secure payment transaction references (such as Paytm or UPI transaction IDs), API usage statistics (request counts, timestamps), and technical IP addresses for API authentication. Complete payment details (card numbers, UPI PINs, banking credentials) are never stored on our servers and are processed directly by our secure payment processors.
  • General Player Users: You do not need to register, create an account, or provide any personal information to use the web player.

Our Downloader Service & Media Handling

When you use the DragoXStream Player downloader and streaming service:

  • We process the share link you submit solely to inspect metadata and generate direct media handles.
  • We do not host, store, or retain any of the files you stream or download. All media bytes are proxied on-the-fly directly from upstream provider servers to your browser.
  • We do not track which specific files individual users stream or download.
  • We do not associate your IP address with your personal viewing or download history.
  • Any URL you enter is held in server memory temporarily (for approximately five minutes) to provide instant re-opening, after which it is evicted from cache.
  • Our service functions as a neutral technical intermediary. We do not inspect, analyze, or review the content of the files you access.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected technical information for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving our streaming player and API infrastructure
  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting playback issues
  • Monitoring system load, capacity, and enforcing rate limits to prevent denial-of-service abuse
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized automation, and security threats
  • Complying with applicable legal and financial compliance obligations

Server Logs & Log Files

Like most web platforms, our servers generate standard log records containing client IP addresses, browser user agents, request timestamps, and response codes. These logs are used solely for technical diagnostics and capacity planning.

  • Signed media handles and query parameters are automatically redacted before access logs are written, preventing capability tokens from being stored.
  • Server access logs are retained for diagnostic purposes for up to 90 days and are then routinely purged.

Cookies & Local Storage

DragoXStream Player sets no third-party tracking cookies, runs no user-profiling analytics, and embeds no third-party tracking pixels on the player.

We use client-side localStorage exclusively for your convenience:

  • Theme Preference: Stores whether you selected light or dark mode so the page displays your preferred theme on return visits.
  • Recently Opened List: Stores file names and links locally on your device so you can quickly reopen files you previously watched. This list can be cleared at any time using the Clear button.

Play Links & Handle Encryption

Media links delivered to your browser are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, tied to the requesting network connection, and expire after approximately one hour. This ensures upstream provider tokens are never disclosed to client browsers and prevents unauthorized reuse across different network origins.

Third-Party Services

Our service connects to provider APIs (DiskWala and TeraBox) to resolve link metadata. When you access third-party provider platforms directly, their respective privacy policies and terms govern their handling of your information. We encourage you to review their policies.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers have the right to request disclosure of what personal data a business collects, request deletion of collected personal data, and request that a business not sell their personal data. DragoXStream Player does not sell user personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, contact us; we will respond within one month.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

Users in the European Economic Area have the following data protection rights:

  • The right to access: You may request copies of personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing: You may request restriction of processing under certain conditions.
  • The right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
  • The right to data portability: You may request transfer of collected data to another organization or directly to you.

Because we operate without accounts and store no persistent user-file databases, most user requests will find zero persistent records. Inquiries may be submitted to privacy@dragoplayer.in.

Children's Information

Protecting children's online privacy is paramount. DragoXStream Player does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that personal information has been provided, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. In-memory URL cache entries expire after five minutes; media handles expire after one hour; temporary server diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days; API subscription transaction records are maintained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

App Privacy Policy

Client-side file utility and download management designed with privacy-first principles. We do not require user accounts or gather unnecessary personal data.

1. Overview

DragoXStream Player provides a lightweight client utility for opening public file links, streaming media, downloading files to your device, and managing local downloads. We designed the application to minimize data collection, eliminate user account creation, and avoid gathering unnecessary personal information.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The application stores download history, active download states, user interface preferences (such as theme mode), and user responsibility acknowledgments locally on your device. This data is used strictly to preserve your application experience and manage downloads; it is never transmitted to our servers for tracking purposes.

3. Information Processed During Downloads

When you paste a public share link, the application communicates with destination resolvers and CDN endpoints to inspect metadata and stream the file. The application does not operate its own file-hosting repository, generate unauthorized hidden download links, or bypass access controls.

4. Advertising Disclosures

While our core web player runs completely ad-free without third-party tracking, any mobile client builds supported by third-party advertising frameworks (such as Google AdMob) may display banner or interstitial advertisements. AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate geographic location, IP address, and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's privacy policies. Ad availability may vary by region and device build.

5. Device Permissions

  • Network Access: The app requests standard internet access to resolve public file links, fetch metadata, and stream media bytes.
  • Storage Permissions: The app requests storage access only when you explicitly choose to export or save a downloaded file to a user-accessible directory (e.g. Downloads folder). Broad legacy storage access is neither requested nor required.

6. Contact & Abuse Reporting

For app privacy questions, policy inquiries, or to report abusive links, contact our dedicated support team at support@dragoplayer.in or privacy@dragoplayer.in.
